Green Zone

Posted by -NAZ-

At first we were planning to watch Alice in the Wonderland.
Unfortunately the tickets were sold out even for both 3D and the normal one.
So we end up watching Green Zone at the TGV cinemas in One Utama.

The movie for me was kind of boring at first because I was practically
clueless of what they where talking about. Especially when they kept saying WMD.
Which I eventually realised that it stands for weapons of mass destruction.
I think this is the first movie based on a war that I've watched before.
Nothing special about it. I was bored at the beginning until the actions
starts to kick into gear sometime in the middle of the movie.
All in all the movie was good enough for us to kill some time
away from all the workload we have waiting to be settled back home.

After the movie we walked and walked around the mall aimlessly
and we passed by a game store. Surprisingly they sell PC games!
So I entered without any hesitation and bought this :-

Yeah, I know I'm a Sims 3 freak!
I've been addicted to the sims game since I was small.
But this version is just an add on to the game and not a suspension pack.
So it only cost me RM 50 which is the standard price as it is original.

Later we hanged out at Big Apple Donuts & Coffee for a while
and I ate one of the doughnut which is so delicious! :P

This is the doughnut I ate :-

- I know you guys are practically drooling over this picture -
LOL!! XD

Tyler Perry

Ola!!!
Ok do you guys know this person Tyler Perry?????
He has made a lot of movies for the past few years and he also acts in it.
Most of his movies are basically under the comedy genre
but there are still some drama in some of his movies.
Generally his movies are a family movie and he tries
to portray the ups & downs of how families can be in his movies.

All 3 of these pictures are all of the same person that is Tyler Perry:

So the thing is I've been watching most of his movies lately and I downloaded it from utorrent.
His movies are so great and DAMN FUNNY!!! Can't stop laughing, seriously.
So I just taught it would be cool to share it with you guys.
These are the movies that I watched recently of his production :

-A total of 6 of 'em-

Try watching his movies, I bet that you will laugh out loud like never before.
unless you don't get the joke or your a humorless person. haha.

Gone out again....

Hey there!!!

Ok today is wednesday and last monday I went out with my friends again.
And this time around we went mainly to watch Transformers.
Ya I know its a bit late and probably most of you watched it earlier than me,
but who cares man!! LOL =P

So we went out to The Curve and planned to watch it at Cineleisure
as there might be more available tickets there than some other popular places.
It was also a weekday, so yeah not much people were there when we came.
We all arrived and met up around 12 and we straight away went to Cineleisure
to buy our tickets and thankfully there was a lot of available seats to choose from.
We bought our tickets for the 2.30 movie of Transformers.
We practically had a lot of time before the movie starts so we went for our lunch
We ate at The Itallianies and it was my first time eating there actually.
This is what I end up ordering for my lunch:

~PENNE BOLOGNESE~

I ordered this for my lunch and it also came with a choice of soup and a drink.
All of this only for RM19.90 as this is actually under the offers they provide
for whoever that eats there for lunch.
If we ought to order that through the menu itself and not by using the offer
it will cost way more than just RM19.90.
Actually the dish that I chose wasn't really scrumptious as I tought it would be.
It basically consist of pasta soaked with tomatoes, that's all. huhu.
So when we finish eating our lunch there was still time before the movie starts
Hence this is what I did to finish off the time:

-I took random pictures in the restaurant-
(got nothing better to do)

Laura was doing the same thing as well. hahaha =)

Here if you look closely enough, Sue May is playing with her tomato paste. LOL =P

So after wasting our time long enough at the restaurant,
we paid our bills and went to the cinema at Cineleisure.
Right before going in the cinema and before buying our popcorns and beverages
we took random pictures near the movie posters.

I took both pictures and this last photo was supposed to include Sue May as well
but I didn't realise she was posing for the camera together with the rest.
We LOL when she realised that she was cut off from the photo.
Everyone was like staring at us. haha.

So finally we went to watch the movie and it was superb and spectacular.
Later on the others went back and I decided to buy some t-shirts before going back.
I went back by myself. Took the free bus and the LRT.

Owh ya before we met up around noon that day, I went to The Borders
and bought myself a new book to read during my holidays.
It's written by James Patterson, entitled 1st To Die

The Curve

Posted by -NAZ-

Last Tuesday, a day right after I came back from Penang, I went out with my friends to The Curve.
There was six of us including me.
Actually since next week one of my friend, Juliana was going to leave HELP Uni. College and enter Kolej Mara Banting,
We thought what better way to go out together and maybe see her for the very last time (which I doubt it would be =D)

When we all finally reached there and gathered at The Street, it was around noon,
so we quickly find a place to eat as we planned to catch a movie around 1 o'clock.
We end up agreeing to have our lunch at the Sakae Sushi.

At the restaurant it had those moving platform with all the different sushi
so I picked some and end up eating like 4 small plates of sushi including a glass of green tea.
Guess how much that cost me, RM 22+, ya a bit on the expensive side
but what the heck! once in a while spending on good quality food =P

Later on after finishing our lunch, we head on to the Cineleisure and bought our tickets
to watch the movie 17 AGAIN, not really my choice of a movie to watch.
Then again, the movie was damn funny to be frank.
Not really expecting that but I laughed mostly throughout the movie.
It was also a bit awkward. haha.

So as suspected the movie ended around 3pm and Juliana had to go already as she had other plans that is her school friends are making a farewell party for her.
Then Laura and Sue May also left, leaving me Yi Chong and Valentine.
It was only 3 o'clock and I definitely don't want to go back just yet
Not that I have any better things to do at home anyway.
Clueless on what to do next, Valentine quickly suggested to watch another movie.
So we just agreed to that and bought tickets to watch FIGHTING
The movie was ok but I was about to doze off in the cinema actually during the movie.
Too tired I guess to even handle 2 movies in a row
or the movie was just plain and boring.

When the movie was over we all went back, the other 2 went back by their parents
and sadly I had to go back on my own.
I took the free shuttle bus from IKANO and went to the Kelana Jaya LRT station
from there I took the LRT to Asia Jaya and then took a bus to a stop near my house.
I reached home around 7.50pm, quite late and damn tired for sure.

Went out to sunway...

Actually I was thinking of updating this on my blog like on that day itself, but when I reached home the computer suddenly can't open. So I had to wait until now to update about it. So lets just move on to the topic shall we.

Last Saturday my friends and I planned to go out together to Sunway Pyramid to catch a movie. But sadly only four of us could make it which includes me, Yi Chong, Valentine, and Mun Yee. The others got problems on finding a transport to go to Sunway since its quite far for some of them. Since I am not that familiar with Sunway Pyramid, it took some time to find the others at the arcade which I have no idea where it is. But thanks to the guide I finally managed to find it right beside the TGV cinema after passing the lift that goes up to the cinema several times XD.

So when I reached the arcade it was no surprise to find Mun Yee and Yi Chong playing the DDR
which you need to dance by stepping on the arrows thingy. lol =P. So I end up watching them jumping about in the presence of other strangers just to wait for Mr. Valentine to come. So when Valentine came we all decided to go somewhere as the movies that they bought earlier was not until like an hour later. Oh by the way we bought tickets to see the movie Terminator Salvation.

After walking for sometime we all decided to go somewhere to eat since we haven't eaten anything just yet for lunch. We ended up eating at the Laksa Shack. I ordered my usual favourite which would be the Laksa Johor which is simply delicious. And we went on and on talking just to past the time until the movie starts. Mostly the other 3 talked about Maple which is an online game which I had no idea what it was. So I was mostly clueless during their conversation.

When the time came we went back up to the cinema which was really jam packed with a lot of people. After buying some popcorn and drinks we went in and settled at our designated seats. Comparing GSC with TGV I would definitely say GSC is way better. I am not really sure why but I guess it is more comfortable at the GSC compared to the TGV. The seats have no head rest at all which is really stupid since we're watching a 2 hour length movie and it won't hurt to have a headrest at the seats. Especially for someone like me which is quite tall and no matter how low I sat on the seat I won't be able to rest my head on it. And another thing is that the place where my friends and I sat stinks man!!! I don't know if its because of something spilled nearby that place or just the fact that one guy sitting in front of us was like crossing his feet up whilst not wearing any shoes.

Sadly that is not just the down side of what happened during the movie, surprisingly a lot of kids were in the cinema as well watching Terminator Salvation. A bit surprised though because I thought at least for this movie it has a PG 13 rating. But I don't think the people in charge gives a damn about it. Sitting beside me was a little girl who can't stop talking and kept on moving about in her seat which I think does not bother me much. But the worst is when the movie reached its climax a girl sitting behind me was crying. And in addition to that she kept on kicking at my chair. Seriously at that time I felt like standing up and st**ng**ng that girl. Thank god I didn't, I just gave a disgusted glance at her. Haha damn mean.

All in all the movie was great and really did live up to my expectations. Full with action pack scenes. I would really recommend you guys go watch it and do watch it at GSC for more comfort and less disturbance during the movie =P. Then later on the others went back together leaving me behind as my ride haven't reached yet. So I decided to go to the MPH to find a good book to read during my 1 month holidays instead of just being online all the time.
I bought this book titled SAIL written by JAMES PATTERSON and HOWARD ROUGHAN. It is a thriller novel. Might be buying his other novels if this one turns out to be interesting =D. Ok thats about it.

-Sorry no pictures, too lazy to even bother to snap any pictures =P-
